Hi ,My name is ariel, I am 18 and a single mother to a 2 1/2 year old little girl names kaylee, I created this blog so that as teenage mothers we have some support, some of us are lucky enough to have family and friends as emotional support, Some of us are strickly on our own. There are teenage moms all shapes, and sizes, rich and poor, lonely and not. One thing we all have in common is that we are moms and we could always use more support. I want to share my experiences with you and i would love to hear from you guys also, this is my first blog and I hope this helps all of us, I will start off telling you about me and i would like all of you to tell me about you guys in response so i can get to know my readers.
When I was 15 I started dating this guy names adam, Oh did i think i was in love. I swore we would be together for ever. 3months into dating we found out we were pregnant, He was quite a bit older then me and he didnt have to answer to any one so it was just good news for him. I was happy that we were going to have our family also, my parents not as thrilled. To be more exact my dad didnt look or talk to me for 3 months but my mom was there for me through out the entire pregnancy and even now. When i was about 5 months pregnant I had found out that kaylees dad cheated on me with one of my friends, that ended that right there. So from that point on he hasnt really been an active part of my daughters life, He has seen her maybe 4 times in 2 years. He moved to wisconson and got married, he now has 2 little boys he adores and pretends like he loves my daughter like he loves his sons but I know the only reason he pretends to try is because i threatened to go for child support if he didnt start trying.
Right now I am working full time at a call center for road service, I have tons of bills and am doing pretty well, I was living with room mates so i could get a new car, but that turned out not so great, my male room mate is rude and selfish and doesnt like my daughter and my girl room mate lets her husband walk all over her so I am moving out this weekend and staying with my grandparents until i can afford to get another place. Well thats where i am in life right now, I would love to hear from all of you! I will try to post on a regular basis, we can discuss things and just vent if needed! We all need some form of support I hope you guys can find it here!
